Manifests are signed with cosign. Verify with the

Spawn is a workstation command-line binary, not a container stack — you download it and install it yourself, on whatever machine you want it on. Nothing pushes it to you.

All three currently advertise 0.0.0, which means no release has been published yet.
When one is, /spawn/VERIFY.md is the procedure for
proving the bytes are ours, and /spawn/install.sh
carries it out for you.

Compare that fingerprint against the one in your onboarding email, not against the one on
this page — this page came from the same server as the download, so by itself it
